This excellent West Australian Single Malt has a crisp, lightly floral nose with vanilla and honey notes. The palate is soft and long with vanilla, caramel, sweetgrass, green apple, stewed pear and nutmeg notes intertwined with an enticing dark spice and tobacco finish.
