Brewed to taste like Western Australia. Brewed with whole hop cones grown and nurtured at Balinga Hops, a minimal intervention hop farm bordering the Balingup forest. The malt used is from Mallokup Malt - a malt farm just outside Capel using locally sourced barley from nearby rural farms and neighbours.
